Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA
support services group announces that it has been notified that, Lothar
Mentel, Chief Investment Officer, purchased 1,757 ordinary shares of £0.20
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Lothar is interested in 1,372,699 Ordinary Shares
representing 2.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
