PDMR Dealings

 

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management
and IFA support services group announces that it has been notified that
Lothar Mentel, Chief Investment Officer of the Company, has exercised options
over an aggregate of 60,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the 2017 EMI scheme. To satisfy the option
exercise all 60,000 ordinary shares are to be awarded from the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). As a result, there is no change in the Company's
total voting rights.

Following this transaction, Lothar Mentel is interested in 1,170,233 Ordinary
Shares representing 1.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
