Fitch revises outlook on TAURON to Positive; Affirms at 'BBB-'

 

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ('Company') informs that on September 29, 2025
Fitch Ratings agency ('Fitch') revised the outlook on the Company's long-term
foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings ('IDRs') to Positive from
Stable and affirmed the IDRs at 'BBB-'.

 

The full list of rating actions is below:

 

-           long-term foreign and local currency IDRs (Issuer
Default Ratings) affirmed at 'BBB-'; positive outlook,

-           short-term foreign and local currency IDRs affirmed at
'F3',

-           national long-term rating affirmed at 'A(pol)'; positive
outlook,

-           EUR 500 million foreign currency senior unsecured
unsubordinated rating affirmed at 'BBB-',

-           PLN 750 million hybrid bonds (EIB) rating affirmed at
'BB',

-           PLN 400 million hybrid bonds and hybrid bond issue
program (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) rating affirmed at 'BB', national rating
for the same program and bonds affirmed at 'BBB(pol)'.
