Change of Registered Office, Appointment of Company Secretary

 

Taylor Maritime Limited, the listed specialist dry bulk shipping company,
today announces that, with effect from 24 April 2025, its registered office
has changed from 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL
to Level 5, St Julian's Court, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey,
GY1 1WA.

 

The Company further announces the appointment of Matt Falla as Group Company
Secretary with effect from 24 April 2025. Matt is a Chartered Company
Secretary and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and
Ireland. Matt joined the Company in March 2025 from Apex Group and has over
15 years corporate governance and investments experience in both the listed
and private sectors.
