Total Voting Rights and Capital

 

Taylor Wimpey plc (the 'Company') in conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1AR hereby notifies that, as a result of purchases of
ordinary shares of 1 pence each made pursuant to the Company's share buyback
programme announced on 3 March 2022, the total number of voting rights in the
Company has decreased by 110,306,076.

As a result, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
3,538,621,389. This figure, which excludes the 25,000,000 shares held in
treasury and 85,306,076 shares the Company intends to cancel, may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, shares of Taylor Wimpey plc under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
