** Shares of gene therapy co  TSHA.O  jump 11.3% to $22.25
at open in its market debut, valuing the company at $768.1 mln
    ** Co on Thursday priced its offering of about 7.9 mln
shares at $20 per share, raising about $157.4 million in its IPO
