Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that the Remuneration Committee and
the Board have approved amount of deferred shares to be awarded to the below
listed PDMRs as part of their annual bonus and annual bonus and fixed salary
for the CEO for the year 2022. TBC PLC expects to transfer the respective
number of shares to those individuals as set out below on or about 2 March
2023.
