Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that following the approval by the
Remuneration Committee of the amount of deferred shares to be awarded to the
below listed PDMRs as part of the fixed salary ( for CEO only) and annual
bonus for the year 2023 for all PDMRs as well as shares awarded under Long
Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") for the performance period of 2021-2023, TBC
PLC has now transferred respective number of shares to those individuals as
