Notification of Second Quarter and First Half of 2022 Financial Results

 

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial
results for the second quarter and first half of 2022 will be published on
Friday, 12 August 2022.

 

The management team will host a conference call on the day at 2.00 pm BST to
discuss the results. The full details of the event will be published in due
course. The financial results report and investor presentation will be made
available at 7.00 am BST on Friday, 12 August 2022 on the company's website at
www.tbcbankgroup.com (http://www.tbcbankgroup.com) .

 

In addition, the management team will provide a live presentation at 4.30 pm
BST on the same day via the Investor Meet Company platform. The presentation
is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted
pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 am BST the
day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
