TBC to Present via Investor Meet Company platform

TBC Bank is pleased to announce that CEO, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze and CFO,
Giorgi Megrelishvili will provide a live presentation relating to TBC
Bank consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter 2021 and
preliminary consolidated financial results for the full year 2021 via the
Investor Meet Company platform on 25(th) February 2022 at 2:00 pm GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9
am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
