TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange
through Investec Bank PLC.

These shares have been purchased under the second phase of TBC PLC's share
buyback programme. As per the TBC PLC announcement released on 12 August 2022,
the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
