Transaction in Own Shares

 

TBC Bank Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     2,987
 Lowest price per share (pence):          2,880.00
 Highest price per share (pence):         2,950.00

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
