("TBC Bank" or the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

 

TBC Bank Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following
number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        24(th) December 2024
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     1,368
 Lowest price per share (pence):          3,105.00
 Highest price per share (pence):         3,140.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  3,121.6447

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the
cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 56,296,499
ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.

 

 

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 10 May 2024
(the "Programme").
