 Transaction in Own Shares

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC Bank", or the "Company") announces it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Peel Hunt
LLP.

 Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase                         26 January 2026
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     3,000
 Lowest price per share (pence):          4,070.00
 Highest price per share (pence):         4,175.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  4,129.14

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the
cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 55,774,154
ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 18 August 2025
(the "Programme").
