Update regarding TBC Capital Markets Day 2022

 

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") is pleased to announce that it will be hosting
its Capital Markets Day at the Uzbekistan Economic Forum 2022, which will take
place in Samarkand during 3-4 November 2022. As a result, the date of the TBC
PLC Capital Markets Day has been changed from Thursday, 10 November 2022 to
Friday, 4 November 2022.

Uzbekistan Economic Forum 2022 is a high-profile event that will bring
together around 600 participants, including senior representatives of the
Uzbek Government, international investors as well as local businesses and
financial institutions.   It will take place at the brand new
multifunctional complex, Silk Road Samarkand. For more information, please

A detailed agenda of the TBC PLC Capital Markets Day will be published in due
course. In addition, WOOD & Company will be organizing one-on-one sessions
for a number of local corporations and international investors on Friday, 4

Samarkand on Saturday, 5 November 2022, and encourage all participants to take
