Notification of Second Quarter and First Half of 2020 Financial Results
 
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2020 will be published on Tuesday, 18 August 2020.  
 
The management team will host a conference call on the day to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course.
