TClarke plc("TClarke" or the "Group") announces today that, following twelve successful years with the company, the Non-Executive Director, Beverly Stewart, will be stepping down from the Board and will be leaving the company after the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting.
Whilst wishing her well for the future the Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Beverley for her hard work and commitment to TClarke. Her invaluable contributions to the Board discussions will be missed.
