Further to the announcement on 1st February 2018, TClarke plc ("the Company"), the Building Services Group, announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.12, Martin Walton resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 2nd February 2018. 
Martin will continue to be available to assist the Company for a period of six months.
