Project Visit
TClarke plc ('the Company'), is today hosting an event for members of the UKSA (UK Shareholders Association) which will allow its members to meet with Senior Management and one of our project teams to witness, first hand, the workings of a live construction project. 
The event will include a presentation and a Q&A session with TClarke Group CEO, Mark Lawrence, and Finance Director, Martin Walton, followed by a tour of London Wall Place, a TClarke project with a current contract value of 21.6m.
London Wall Place will be a new destination in the City of London, offering an acre of new landscaped gardens set between two statement office buildings with a total 500,000 sq ft of new Grade A space. The location features an exciting mix of world class culture, extensive amenities and superb transport links that will be further enhanced with the addition of Crossrail in 2018. The scheme is being developed jointly by Brookfield Property Partners and Oxford Properties. 
The Principal Contractor for the Project is Multiplex, who we are also working with on other landmark projects such as Principal Place, 100 Bishopsgate and 22 Bishopsgate.
