Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that on 1(st) December 2021, the following Executive
Directors and PDMRs of the Company exercised options over ordinary shares of
10p each in Company ("Shares") under the TClarke plc Savings Related Share
Option Scheme 2018 ("the Scheme") as follows:
