** Shares of TClarke Plc  CTO.L  up 6.3% at 139p
    ** Stock among top gainers across London stocks, headed for
best day in 6 weeks if gains hold
    ** Co says expects to deliver on growth strategy and exceed
revenues to 500 mln pounds ($631.1 mln) for the first time this
year
    ** Says "strong full-year performance in line with the
market expectations" - CEO Mark Lawrence
    ** Company expects Group's growth to continue into 2024
    ** Says it is seeing larger revenues from outside of London
on the back of work in healthcare sector
    ** Including sessions gains, stock up 17.73% YTD
