** Packaging manufacturer posts nearly 30% Y/Y decline in June-qtr consol PAT; consol rev from ops rises 5% Y/Y

** Trading volume at nearly 22,500 shares so far, about 3x 30-day avg

** YTD, stock up 7.5%
