   TCS Group Holding PLC: PDMR Transactions in GDRs

    

   Limassol, Cyprus - 26 July 2021. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the
   "Group"), Russia's leading provider of online retail financial and
   lifestyle services via its Tinkoff.ru financial ecosystem, has been
   notified of transactions in its GDRs by Tinkoff Bank Chairman of the
   Management Board and PDMR Stanislav Bliznyuk.

    

   These GDR transactions were made for personal reasons. Mr. Bliznyuk's sale
   represents only a small part of his TCSGH holding.

   TCS Group Holding PLC is an innovative provider of online retail financial
