   Tinkoff Controlling Shareholder Increases Stake

    

   Limassol, Cyprus - 31 October 2018. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the
   "Group"), Russia's leading digital provider of financial and lifestyle
   products and services, has been notified of transactions in its GDRs by
   the Group's controlling shareholder and PDMR, Oleg Tinkov under his
   buyback program. These purchases of 209,723 GDRs for a total amount of
   close to USD 3.5mn are in addition to the 525,000 GDRs he purchased last
   month.
