   Tinkoff GDRs admitted to trading on Moscow Exchange

    

    

   Moscow, Russia - 23 October 2019. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI)
   ("Tinkoff", the "Company"), Russia's leading provider of online financial
   and lifestyle services via its Tinkoff ecosystem, today announces that
   Moscow Exchange has approved the listing of the Company's Global
   Depositary Receipts (ISIN US87238U2033), and the inclusion of these
   securities in the Level 1 List.

    

   This listing is a secondary listing of the Company's GDRs which have
   already been trading on the London Stock Exchange - neither TCS Group
   Holding PLC, nor its existing shareholders sell the Company's GDRs in
   connection with their listing on Moscow Exchange. This announcement does
   not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy
   securities of TCS Group Holding PLC.

    

   The listing on Moscow Exchange will expand the Company's investor base to
   include Russian investors who are not present in London and will support
   liquidity.

    

   Trading of Tinkoff GDRs (ticker: TCSG) on Moscow Exchange is expected to
   commence on 28 October 2019. Quotation and settlement will be in Russian
   rubles.

    

   Renaissance Capital has acted as the Company's adviser in connection with
   the secondary listing of global depositary receipts on Moscow Exchange.
