Director/PDMR Shareholding

TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces that it was informed that Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, purchased 11,784 ordinary shares in the Company at 11.88 pence per share on 24 March 2025.

 

Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 4,785,439 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
