Director/PDMR Shareholding

TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial
services group, announces Mark Clubb , Executive Chairman, purchased 2,500
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 66.92 pence per share on 14
December 2021.

Following this purchase of shares, he now holds 3,452,500 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 19.96% of the Company's issued share capital.
