Director/PDMR Shareholding

TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial
services group, announces that it was informed earlier today that Mark Clubb,
Executive Chairman, purchased 11,750 ordinary shares in the Company at an
average price of 56.86 pence per share on 25 October 2022.

Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 3,780,500 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 17.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
