Updated Notice of AGM

TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces a revision to the date of the annual general meeting ("AGM"), which will now be held  at 6 Caledonia Pl, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NG, Jersey on Thursday 24 April 2025 at 2.00 p.m. The Notice of AGM is expected to be posted to shareholders shortly and will also be available at www.teamplc.co.uk.

The appointment of Tim Hall as non-executive director, and resignation of David Turnbull as non-executive director, will consequently be effective on 24 April 2025.
