 ("Team Internet" or the "Company")

 Correction to Annual General Meeting Notice

 Further to the announcement released on 18(th) March 2024 and the publication
 and dispatch of a circular to shareholders containing notice of the
 resolutions to be considered at the AGM (the "Notice"), it has come to the
 attention of the Company that the Notice contains a typographical error. The
 Company wishes to notify of a correction to the Notice.

 The correction relates to a typographical error in Resolution 10, paragraph
 (d) of the original notice that states '...(d) this authority shall expire
 (unless previously revoked, varied or renewed) on 1 July 2024 or, if sooner,
 at the end of the next annual general meeting…'.

 The resolution should instead state that:

 '...(d) this authority shall expire (unless previously revoked, varied or
 renewed) on 1 July 2025 or, if sooner, at the end of the next annual general
 meeting…'.

 As this was a clerical error, no new Form of Proxy will be posted to
 shareholders. The amendment will be proposed at the AGM to be voted on a show
 of hands before Resolution 10 is put to vote.
