Notice of results

Team Internet Group Plc (AIM: TIG, OTCQX: TIGXF), the global internet company
that generates recurring revenue from creating meaningful and successful
connections: businesses to domains, brands to consumers, publishers to
advertisers, gives notice of the publication of its interim results for the
six months ended 30 June 2025.

The Company will publish its unaudited interim report for the six months ended
30 June 2025 on Monday, 1 September 2025.

On the day of results, there will be a webinar / conference call for equity
analysts at 10:00am, UK time. The presentation will be hosted by CEO Michael
Riedl and CFO William Green. To register for either event please contact SEC

provided.

Furthermore, the Company will hold an Investor Meet Company session at
