** Shares of internet solutions co Team Internet Group
 TIG.L  jump 28.1% to 116.6p 
    ** Co's board confirms it has received two separate
acquisition proposals from TowerBrook Capital Partners (U.K.)
LLP & Verdane Fund Manager AB
    ** Adds, both offers are set at 125p in cash for each TIG
share
    ** Co says it is currently considering both approaches with
its advisers
    ** Stock fell ~23% in 2024
