** Shares of Teamviewer TMV.DE fall 8% after the German software company reported lower-than-expected results for the first quarter
** "Q125 numbers read rather a bit below expectations," a trader says in a note -- adj. EBITDA came in at 76 million euros ($86.19 million), missing consensus estimates of around 79 million euros
** However, according to a trader the results are "tricky to judge as pro forma numbers might not fit to some analyst's calculations"
** Still, "first move should be rather down after good run and partly light numbers," the trader says
** Despite the highly volatile market environment, Teamviewer reiterated its FY25 pro forma guidance
** The stock is among top fallers on the German mid-cap index MDAX, which falls 0.8%
