ZURICH, March 24 (Reuters) - Investment fund Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership has built up a 3.4% position in Swiss medtech firm Tecan TECN.S, according to a filing with the Swiss stock exchange on Tuesday. The filing was made under SEO Management.
