ZURICH/BERLIN, April 22 (Reuters) - Here are some of the

    Layoffs under the bank's cost-cutting programme announced
after its takeover of Credit Suisse will take place in five
waves starting in June, followed by August, September, October
and November, newspaper SonntagsZeitung reported.
    Roughly 50-60% of former Credit Suisse staff will be made
redundant over the five rounds, with 25-30% being laid off in
June, the paper said, quoting an anonymous source it described
as an "insider".
