TechTarget Inc: Rises on BrightTALK deal, upbeat Q4 revenue forecast

** Shares of online content provider  TTGT.O  up ~16% at
$60.51 
    ** TTGT to buy BrightTALK, a virtual events platform where
users can create videos and webinars, in $150 mln deal

    ** Co says acquisition will let TTGT expand its first-party
purchase intent data, which are insights drawn from tracking
user preferences, that it sells to businesses 
    ** Expects Q4 revenue to exceed high end of previously
forecast revenue range of $42 mln to $43 mln
    ** Including session's gain, stock has more than doubled
this year
