May 7 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AIRBUS AIR.PA:

Malaysian budget carrier AirAsia AIRX.KL announced on Wednesday a firm order of 150 Airbus A220 jets manufactured in Canada, with 150 options to purchase a larger version of the jet if Airbus makes it.

AMG CRITICAL MATERIALS AMG.AS:

Specialty metals producer AMG reported first-quarter revenue of $446 million with adjusted EBITDA of $44 million (down 24% year-on-year). It reiterated its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance range of $210 million to $240 million.

EMEIS EMEIS.PA:

        Healthcare operator Emis reported first-quarter revenue of 1.51 billion euros ($1.77 billion) with organic growth of 6.3% and an occupancy rate of 89.1% (up 2.1 percentage points). It confirmed its guidance and outlook.

TECHNIP ENERGIES TE.PA:

        The French state bank BPIFrance started selling 3.57 million shares in Technip, which represents 2.0% of its share capital, via an accelerated bookbuilding process, reducing BPIFrance's stake to around 8%, the company and the bank said in a joint statement.

TRIGANO TRIA.PA:

Motor home manufacturer Trigano reported its net income in the first-half of 2026 rose 15% to 121 million euros out of sales worth 1.78 billion euros and a recurring operating income of 159 million euros.
