India's Technocraft Industries' facility to start production, shares rise

** Shares of Technocraft Industries (India)  TEIN.NS  up 3%
    ** Stock has risen as much as 4.8% so far to a high of
1,787.95 rupees
    ** Co, which makes products including scaffolding, said on
Tuesday its manufacturing facility in Maharashtra state will
commence production in a phased manner from March 27
    ** TEIN, however, eyes third month of losses and is poised
to snap five straight quarters of gains
    ** Including session's moves, stock down 30.7% YTD
