** Shares of Technocraft Industries (India)  TEIN.NS  up as much
as 8.3% at 2,180 rupees, their highest level since Sept. 15
    ** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains,
if trend holds 
    ** The federal commerce ministry on Tuesday recognised the
drum closures and scaffoldings maker as a "Four Star Export
House" that will facilitate expansion of its product portfolio
in foreign markets.    
    ** More than 40,000 shares change hands by 2:20 p.m. IST,
2.1x the 30-day moving avg 
    ** Stock more than doubled YTD
