    POLITICS
    Italian lawmakers on Thursday approved a government decree
that allows migrants aged 16 or 17 to be held in adult reception
centres and gives police stronger powers to check that migrants
are not falsely claiming to be under age.
    
    ECONOMY
    Scope Ratings rating agency scheduled review of sovereign
debt rating on Italy.
    November PMI manufacturing HCOB data (0845 GMT).
    ISTAT releases Q3 GDP final data (0900 GMT).

    TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)  TLIT.MI 
    KKR  KKR.N  is working to present a new offer for Telecom
Italia's submarine cable unit Sparkle as the U.S fund presses
ahead with due diligence on the assets, three sources familiar
with the matter said on Thursday.
    
    JUVENTUS  JUVE.MI 
    The Agnelli family's holding company Exor  EXOR.AS  has not
received any approach from funds over a possible sale of the
Serie A soccer club, its Chief Executive John Elkann said on
Thursday.
    
    TECHNOGYM  TGYM.MI 
    NEOM Investment Fund Company plans to buy around 5% of the
Italian wellness company via a reverse accelerated book building
addressed only to a limited number of institutional investors to
be contacted by the sole book-runner J.P. Morgan, the U.S.
financial services firm said on Thursday.
        
    M&A, ITA AIRWAYS
    Deutsche Lufthansa AG  LHAG.DE  has submitted an application
of approval to the European Commission in Brussels to acquire a
controlling minority stake in Italy's ITA Airways, a company
spokesperson told Reuters on Thursday.
