Leading online retailer adopts Recyclus solution

Recyclus to deploy combined solution to recycle lithium-ion batteries and
utilise its LiBox safe transportation and storage boxes

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on
creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, is pleased to
announce that its 48.35% owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group Ltd
("Recyclus"), will recycle end-of-life lithium-ion ("Li-ion") batteries for a
leading online retailer as part of their ongoing maintenance programme.

The online retailer will send end-of-life Li-ion battery packs to Recyclus'
industrial scale Li-ion battery recycling facility for processing. Having
already successfully recycled several thousand end-of-life Li-ion batteries
from the company, Recyclus will continue as a service provider to process
battery waste for their ongoing maintenance programme. In addition, to store
and transport the batteries, they will use Recyclus' proprietary Li-ion
battery storage boxes, LiBox, which are UN-certified and ADR compliant - the
highest global standard for transporting hazardous goods.

By providing industrial-scale Li-ion battery recycling and ensuring safe
storage and transportation, the programme significantly mitigates the
environmental hazards associated with Li-ion battery disposal. Recyclus offers
a crucial cradle-to-cradle solution, addressing the challenges posed by the
increasing volumes of end-of-life Li-ion batteries resulting from the global
shift towards electrification.

Robin Brundle, Chairman of Technology Minerals and Director of Recyclus, said:
"It is a pleasure to partner with a company that shares our dedication to
delivering sustainable energy-related solutions. The materials recovered from
recycling Li-ion batteries will support our mission to establish a
cradle-to-cradle circular economy returning recovered critical battery metals
back into the industrial supply chain. This builds on the momentum of other
recently announced partnerships, further solidifying Recyclus' growing
commercial traction."
