Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company to focus on
creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that all
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a show of hands at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held today.
