** Sub-index down tracking weakness in Wall Street software stocks overnight, including losses of around 2% in Microsoft MSFT.O and Alphabet GOOGL.O .N

** Local software stocks Wisetech Global WTC.AX and TechnologyOne TNE.AX drop 7.3% and 6.1%, respectively

** Sub-index down 20.1% YTD, after falling 21% in 2025
