BUZZ-Technoprobe's shares jump as customer TSMC posts strong August revenue ** Shares in Italian semiconductor testing company Technoprobe TPRO.MI rise 6.6% on the back of chipmaker TSMC's 2330.TW strong sales figures for the month of August
** "We estimate TSMC to be Technoprobe's top customer, with a direct/indirect revenue weight we estimate at 50/60%," brokerage Equita says
** TSMC recorded 53% y/y rise in monthly revenue to T$514.8 billion ($16.3 billion), providing significant visibility for Q3
** Equita says that assuming flat m/m growth in September, the Q3 consensus for TSMC could merit an upward revision of around 3%
** Strong demand for TSMC's chips confirms the need for increased capacity and investments into advanced testing solutions, Equita adds
** Technoprobe's shares have gained over 150% YTD, and it is to join Italy's blue-chip index on September 21
