Brief: Technotrans 9-month EBIT fell by 3.8 pct to EUR 6.5 mln

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Technotrans AG TTRGn.DE :
* 9-month revenue including recently acquired businesses was up 12.7 percent at 103.3
million euros ($112.63 million)
* 9-month earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) fell by 3.8 percent to 6.5 million euros
* 9-month EBIT rose by 8.0 percent to 7.3 million euros
* Now anticipates that revenue for 2016 will reach around 150 million euros, representing a
clear increase on original guidance of 126 million to 132 million euros
* As before, EBIT is expected to lie within a corridor of 9.5 million to 10.5 million euros
for FY
* Adjusted revenue and profit expectations yield an EBIT margin in order of 6.3 to 7.0
percent for FY 2016
* Anticipates that from 2017 EBIT margin will stabilise and develop at a higher level thanks
to realising synergy effects
* Confirms medium term goal of increasing revenue to over 200 million euros
