March 10 (Reuters) - Technotrans AG TTRGn.DE :
* Reports full year revenue of 112.4 million euros ($121.3
million), which represents an increase of 6.8 percent
* Full year EBIT level reached 6.8 million euros, this was
equivalent to an EBIT margin of 6.1 percent, as against 4.4
percent in previous year
* Net income for 2014 financial year is 4.4 million euros,
equivalent to a rate of return of 3.9 percent (previous year:
2.8 percent)
* Proposes distribution of a dividend of 0.33 euro per share
* Anticipates that business situation will be overall
positive in 2015
* Sees FY 2015 revenue of 116 million euros - 120 million
euros, assuming steady development in world economy
* EBIT margin for technotrans group in 2015 should be in
range of 6.8 percent to 7.3 percent
* Says growth accelerates and outlook for the 2015 financial
year is positive
