HBX reported a net profit of 28.4 million euros for the first half of its financial year but cut the full-year guidance to reflect the impact of the Middle East conflict and macroeconomic uncertainty, the company said on Wednesday.
TECNICAS REUNIDAS TRE.MC
Tecnicas Reunidas and engineering firm Idom have won an engineering, procurement and construction management contract from ArcelorMittal for an electric arc furnace project in Dunkirk through a 50/50 consortium, the companies said on Wednesday.

TSK said on Tuesday it had executed a 150 million euro share capital increase, with the new shares set to start trading on the Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia stock exchanges on May 13.
VOCENTO VOC.MC
Vocento said on Tuesday chairman Ignacio Ybarra Aznar was resigning, with the board set to vote on May 13 on the appointment of Ignacio Eyries Garcia de Vinuesa as his replacement.
Separately, the company reported Q1 net loss of 10 million euros with negative EBITDA of 3.8 million euros, while reaffirming its target of double-digit EBITDA growth.

A strike at Tubos Reunidos' Amurrio plant has blocked the shipment of 13 million euros in completed orders, as the steelmaker seeks investors amid voluntary bankruptcy proceedings, Cinco Dias reported on Wednesday.

Jefferies cuts Rovi's target price to 64.2 euros from 83.5 euros.
