 * Acquires assets of glasswall, llc 
 * Says total consideration consisted of $4.0 million in Tecnoglass stock and a 
   15-year, $5.0 million term loan 
 * As part of the transaction, Tecnoglass acquired a 160,000 square foot 
   warehouse / manufacturing /office facility in Miami 
 * Tecnoglass also acquired manufacturing and assembly equipment,miami-dade 
   notice of acceptance for products sold by glasswall
