    ** Gene therapy co says its collaborators at the University
of Manchester received approval from UK's health regulator to
begin early-stage trial of its gene therapy in children

    ** Co's therapy, AVR-RD-05, is being tested as a potential
treatment for Hunter Syndrome, a rare disease in which the body
does not have enough of an enzyme required for breaking down
long chains of sugar molecules

trial later this year, expects to begin dosing in 1H 2023
    ** As of last close, stock down ~78% YTD
