    * Co has filed a writ of summons in high court of singapore 
against two vendors of shares in tiec holdings pte. Ltd 
    * Company is seeking, inter alia, damages in sum of s$1.3 
million together with costs under writ of summons 
    * Filed writ due to their non-compliance of certain 
contractual obligations under a sale and purchase agreement 
dated 20 march 2014
